Markes N. Rodgers, Y28401 17CF190. (Murder with intent to kill or injure; aggravated firearm discharge.) A status hearing was scheduled for April 13, 2023.
Devon Vl. Gatons, 19CF402, 20CF75. ( Four counts of making or using a false document.) Pre-trial was held today and a request to forward the pretrial was requested. The hearing will be on May 9, 2023.
Abigail D. Brest, 19CF124. (Possession of meth in an amount between five to fifteen grams.) A status update no the case was provided and a sentencing hearing will be held on May 25 2023 at 1:15 p.m.
Joshua D. Hill, 22CF205.(Possession of five or fewer grams of meth; aggravated battery involving a strangle.) A stasis update was provided and the pre-trial will be held on April 27, 2023.
Robert L. Scott, 22CF122. (Driving with a revoked license due to driving under the influence.) The status hearing was forwarded to April 27, 2023.
Jenna L. Sparling, 22CF213. (Two counts of theft with intent to control property valued at $500 or less.) A status update was provided and a plea hearing will be on April 13, 2023.
