Notice is given of the death of Gary Lynn Frost, of Taylorville, Illinois, who died on January 21, 2021. Letters of Office were issued on September 13, 2021, to Co-Administrators Jeremy Frost, whose attorney is Jarred Rahar, 1011 N. Webster, Taylorville, IL 62568, and Donna Kovak Frost, whose attorney is Thomas Lacy, 800 N. Webster, Taylorville, IL 62568.
Claims against this estate may be filed in the Office of the Christian County Circuit Clerk, First Floor, Christian County Courthouse, 101 S. Main Street, PO Box 617, Taylorville, IL 62568, or with an attorney for the Co-Administrators, or both, not more than six months from the first publication of this notice. Copies of Claims filed directly with the Christian County Circuit Clerk should also be mailed or delivered to one of the attorneys listed above within ten days of filing such claim. Claims not filed within six months of the first date of publication of this notice shall be barred.
