Mysean D. Burden, 23CF19, burglary and burglary without causing damage, had pre-trial continued until May 8, 2023.
Pre-trial for a petition to revoke probation for Tiffany M. Burke, 21CF23, Carl M. Carr, 21CF321, criminal damage between $10,000 and $100,000, had pre-trial continued until May 18, 2023, for presentation of a plea agreement.
Pre-trial for Colby D. Coleman in three felony cases including 22CF54, violation of violence to youth offender registry, was continued until May 19, 2023.
Nicholas L. Cox, 19CF305, aggravated fleeing and resisting a peace officer, had first appearance with counsel for a petition to revoke probation had Public Defender Tiffany Senger appointed counsel. First appearance with counsel is May 16, 2023.
First appearance for a petition to revoke probation for Cody R. Fringer, 19CF83, burglary, was continued until Apr. 28, 2023.
Chase E. Gatons, 21CF163, aggravated DUI leading to death, had pre-trial continued until May 19, 2023.
First appearance for Neil R. Hall, 23CF27, failure to register as sex offender, was continued for status of preliminary hearing on May 19, 2023.
Joshua C. Hawthorne, 21CF207, illegal use of property for meth preparation and 21CF29, possession of meth five grams or less, had pre-trials continued until May 19, 2023.
Pre-trial for a petition to revoke probation of Stacey E. Karnes, 19CF299, battery with intent to cause bodily harm, was continued until May 16, 2023.
Johnny L. Katcher, 22CF222, meth delivery five grams or less; possession of controlled substance; and meth delivery five grams or less, had pre-trail continued until May 19, 2023.
Status hearing for a petition to revoke probation for Jackie L. Martin, 18CF265, violation of sex offender registry, was dismissed due to compliance.
Justin L. Moma, 23CF31, armed violence; possession of meth between 100 and 400 grams; felon possession/use of firearm; meth delivery five grams or less; and possession of a controlled substance, had a status hearing which was continued until Mar. 31, 2023.
Amy Miller, 23CF37, burglary, had preliminary hearing set for May 8, 2023.
Hearing for Zachary R. Newberry, 21CF44, possession of firearm without valid FOID, was dismissed following the defendant’s withdrawal of the motion.
Samantha C. Olivio, 23CF12, theft between $500 and $10,000 and unlawful possession of debit/credit card, made first appearance and preliminary hearing was set for April 18, 2023. A preliminary hearing in 22CF265, residential burglary and first appearance with counsel for a petitions to revoke probation in 22CF113, robbery and 22CF41, possession of meth five grams or less, resulted with the defendant denying the allegations and those cases were continued until the same date.
Pre-trial for Nicholas V. Rudolph, 22CF229, manufacture/delivery of cannabis between 500 and 2,000 grams, was continued until May 19, 2023.
Stacey E. Worker, 19CF299, battery with intent to do great bodily harm, had pre-trial for a petition to revoke probation, was continued until May 16, 2023.
