(Three counts of possession of fewer than five grams of meth; theft of display merchandise in an amount under $300; possession amount of a controlled substance; retail theft by way of switching price tags in an amount greater than $300; two counts of resisting a police officer or a firefighter; two counts of burglary, theft with intent to control property worth less than $500.) The defendant accepts the recommendations to be forwarded to problem solving court. The next hearing will be on April 7, 2023.
Billy J. Brown, 22CF204. (Possession of meth in an amount under five grams.) A bond motion was scheduled for March 30, 2023.
Leroy D. Casson, 22CF22. (Possession of meth in an amount under five grams.) Pre-trial was held today and the next hearing will be May 9, 2023.
Dean A. Ellis, 22CF195. (Delivery of meth in an amount between fifteen to one-hundred grams.)The case has been forwarded to May 23, 2023.
Robert M. Durbin, 21CF47, 22CF47. (Aggravated domestic battery involving a strangle; domestic battery causing bodily harm with a previous conviction for similar circumstance; driving with a revoked or suspended license.) The pre-trial or a possible plea deal is set for April 7, 2023
Charles D. Peterson, 19CF79, 21CF320, 21CF157. (Residential burglary; three counts burglary.) The pre-trial has been forwarded to May 23, 2023.
Cheri L. Cott, 22CF162. (Possession of meth in an amount under five grams.) Pre-trial forwarded to May 26, 2023.
