Tornadoes take honors at Illinois Top Times 

BLOOMINGTON — The Taylorville boys and girls track and field teams traveled to the Shirk Center in Bloomington to participate in the Illinois Top Times Championship on Saturday, March 25. More than 80 different schools were invited to the indoor event. Three THS Tornadoes placed in the top 10 for their respective events. 

(Above) Sophomore Drake Howard placed 10th in the Pole Vault event reaching an official height of 3.90m. 

(Below left) Sophomore Liliella Vail secured 10th place for the High Jump event with 1.50m.

(Below right) Owen Morgan placed top ten in two races for Taylorville. The junior finished 8th place in the 800m and 10th in the 1600m.
