(Aggravated battery of a victim thirteen years of age or younger causing a permanent disability; two counts of murder with a strong probability that killing or injuring the victim was likely.) A new public defender was appointed and first appearance with council was scheduled for April 27, 2023.

Billy J. Brown, 22CF204, 22CF83. (Possession of meth in an amount under five grams; meth delivery in an amount under five grams.)
Kimberly J. England, 22CF254. (Residential burglary; criminal trespassing with a person present.) The case has been forwarded to May 15, 2023.
Bobbi J. Ward, 22CF206. (Theft with intent to control property with a value ranging between $10k – 100k.) The pre-trial was forwarded to May 16, 2023.
