Jaycee Nishke, 21CF62. (Aggravated battery in a public place.) The hearing is continued to May 19, 2023.
Michael P. Loflin, 16CF59. (Criminal sexual assault without consent; aggravated criminal sexual abuse of a victim who’s age is five years or older.) A status update was given and the pre-trial is scheduled for April 27, 2023.
Andrew J. Woods, 20CF219, 2CF183. (Meth delivery in an amount less than five grams; manufacturing and distributing a look-a-like substance; possession of five or less grams of meth.) A status update to case was given and pre-trial was set for April 13, 2023.
Robert A. Stivers, 16CF42. (Aggravated battery of a victim thirteen years of age or younger causing a permanent disability; two counts of murder with a strong probability that killing or injuring the victim was likely.) A new public defender was appointed and first appearance with council was scheduled for April 27, 2023.
Bradley R. Worker, 21CF67. (Aggravated battery in a public place.) A plea agreement was scheduled for May 18, 2023
Billy J. Brown, 22CF204, 22CF83. (Possession of meth in an amount under five grams; meth delivery in an amount under five grams.)
Kimberly J. England, 22CF254. (Residential burglary; criminal trespassing with a person present.) The case has been forwarded to May 15, 2023.
Bobbi J. Ward, 22CF206. (Theft with intent to control property with a value ranging between $10k – 100k.) The pre-trial was forwarded to May 16, 2023.
Steve E. Kampwerth, 19CF92. (Aggravated battery in a public place.) The defendant has been given notice to appear on April 25, 2023.
