Sadly mistaken

Whomever the community leader was that said “The town can’t support both (Lincoln Hall and THS project)”, is sadly mistaken. Take the town of Effingham, for example, who has a performing arts center AND a high school… The Effingham Performance Center (EPC) brings in people from all over the state, not just Effingham to go to their shows. And it is not hurting their high school fine arts programs.
