NOTICE IS GIVEN TO YOU, AND ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN FATHERS, ADDRESS UNKNOWN, respondent(s), and to all whom it April 18, 2023 a Petition to Adjudication was filed under the Juvenile Court Act by the Christian County States Attorney in this court and that in the courtroom of Judge Kibler June 14, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. thereafter as this case may be heard, a petition for adjudication hearing in the Christian County Courthouse, Third Floor, Courtroom B, Taylorville, Illinois, on will be held upon the petition to have the minor declared to be a ward of the court and for other relief under that act.

THE COURT HAS AUTHORITY IN THIS PROCEEDING TO TAKE FROM YOU THE CUSTODY AND GUARDIANSHIP OF THE MINOR, TO TERMINATE YOUR PARENTAL RIGHTS, AND TO APPOINT A GUARDIAN WITH POWER TO CONSENT TO ADOPTION. YOU MAY LOSE ALL PARENTAL RIGHTS TO YOUR CHILD. THE PETITION REQUESTS THE TERMINATION OF YOUR PARENTAL RIGHTS AND THE APPOINTMENT OF A GUARDIAN WITH POWER TO CONSENT TO ADOPTION. YOU MAY LOSE ALL PARENTAL RIGHTS TO THE CHILD.
