Kasey J. Fitzgerald, 22CF252. (Possession of a controlled substance; obtaining the substance by committing fraud.)The first appearance with council was heard today and the defendant waved preliminary hearing and pleas not guilty. The pre-trial is scheduled for July 13, 2023.
James G. Tirpak, Jr. 22CF80. (Criminal sexual assault of a family member who is under the age of eighteen.) The pre-trial has been forwarded to August 17, 2023.
Zachary T. Bland, 23CF3. (Obstructing justice by destroying evidence; driving under the influence; improper traffic lane usage.) The defendant has waved right to the preliminary hearing and pleas not guilty. The pre-trial will be held on July 13, 2023.
Jerald A. Buerk, 23CF32. (Theft of display merchandise in an amount under $300.) First appearance with council was held today. Status on the preliminary hearing will be heard on July 25, 2023.
Dana N. Melvin, 23CF25. (unlawful possession or use of a credit or debit card.) The first appearance with council was held today and the hearing regarding bond will be on May 30, 2023.
Kayla M. Durbin, 23CF75. (Delivery of five or less grams of meth.) The defendant waved right to the preliminary hearing scheduled for today and pleas not guilty. The next hearing will be a status update regarding furlough to treatment on June 15, 2023.
Jahquel D. Pearsall, 23CF18. (Burglary; burglary without causing damage.) A status was provided and the next hearing was scheduled for July 13, 2023
Sherie L. Aymer, 22CF200 (Using a bad check to obtain property worth more than $150.) The plea hearing has been forwarded to June 15, 2023.
Angela N. Mc Kinnon, 21CF268, 21CF278 (Two counts aggravated driving while under the influence with a revoked or suspended license; two counts driving under the influence of a intoxicating substance; reckless driving)
