Court appearances
Published Court appearances reflect the daily 10:00 a.m. criminal call and do not necessarily account for all felony proceedings heard that day. Christian County Resident Judge Paisley from the fourth Judicial Circuit presided over the following cases, which were heard June 2, 2023.
Michael E. Handy, 23CF100. (Aggravated battery of a peace officer.) The first appearance was held today and probable cause was found for the charges. The public defender was appointed and bond was set at $10,000. The defendant will be recommend to furlough. A status hearing will be on June 19, 2023.
Cedrick D. Pates, 21CF294. (Delivery of five or less grams of meth; possession of an other non narcotic schedule one or two substance.) A ststau hearing was conducted and the next hearing is set for August 1, 2023.
Jessie Lacy, 22Cf179. (Two count of predatory criminal sexual assault of a victim who’s age is thirteen or younger.) The bond hearing was scheduled for June 5, 2023.
Jeremy E. Reiss, 18CF232. (Theft of $300 or less in display merchandise with a previous conviction.) The hearing has been forwarded to July 21, 2023.
Tyler J. Sigretto, 20CF136 (Possession of five or less grams of meth.) A status hearing was conducted and the next hearing will be on August 18, 2023.
