Mrs. Agnes Eileen Tex will celebrate her 102nd birthday tomorrow, Tuesday, June 6, 2023.
Eileen lived in Owaneco for many years with her husband Bill (deceased) and raised two children, Bill Jr. and Cinda (deceased). She worked as a unit clerk at Taylorville Memorial Hospital (formerly St. Vincent’s Hospital) and retired from there after several years of service. She loves visiting with family and friends and is an avid reader. In fact, Eileen said “I would go completely buggy if I couldn’t read!”
She is looking forward to spending time with her family for her birthday. Eileen recently had to move from her home in Rolling Meadows to a new residence at Taylorville Care Center.
