Langleyville Home Fire Under Investigation

(LANGLEYVILLE) — Taylorville firemen responed to a fire in the 200 block of Vollentine in Langleyville at 6:40 p.m. Tuesday night. The fire had engulfed an attached garage of the property, but firemen were able to contain the fire within minutes of arrival. In addition to personnel from TFD, fire fighters from Owaneco, Edinburg and Midland fire protection districts also responded. The Christian County Sheriff’s Office and Dunn’s Ambulence were also on the scene. No one was reported injured and the cause of the fire is under investigation.
