Notice is given of the death of JOHN WAYNE FOSTER of 215 Smith St., Harvel, IL 62538. Letters of Office were issued on April 7, 2023 to GERALD L. WAGAHOFF of 18294 Phillips

Trail, PO Box 121, Raymond, IL 62560, whose attorney is Bill Nichelson.

 

Claims against the estate may be filed in the office of the Clerk ofthe Court at the Christian County Courthouse, Taylorville, Illinois 62568, or with the representative or both, within six (6) months from the date the of first publication of this notice, which is December 8, 2023, or within three (3) months from the date of the mailing of this notice, whichever is later, and any claim not

filed on or before that date is barred. Copies of a claim filed with the Clerk must be mailed or

delivered to the representative(s) and to the attorney within 10 days after it has been filed.
