Notice is given to claimants of the Estate of JOAN COLLODI, Deceased.

Letters of Office were issued on May 23, 2023 to DAVID COLLODI, as Independent Administrator, whose attorney is David O. Edwards, Edwards Group LLC, 3223 S. Meadowbrook Road, Suite A, Springfield, IL 62711. Claims against the Estate may be filed in the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court, 101 S. Main Street, Taylorville, Illinois 62568, or with the Representative, or both, on or before June 22, 2023 or three months from the date the Representative mailed or delivered a Notice to Creditor, whichever is later. Any claim not filed within that period is barred. Copies of a claim filed with the Clerk must be mailed or delivered to the Representative and to the attorney within 10 days after it has been filed.
