NOTICE is hereby given to Brian K. Dooley, Mary A. Dooley, Dooley Truck Service, Unknown Owners, and Non-Record Claimants, of real estate described in the Complaint for Foreclosure and Other Relief filed in the above-entitled case on September 13, 2023, that they are named Defendants in above-entitled case, that the above-entitled mortgage foreclosure suit is now pending in said Court, that the day on or after which a default may be entered against said Defendants is October 30, 2023, and that the following information applies to the said foreclosure proceeding:
