Cheri L. Cott, 22CF162, 23CF109. (Two counts for possession of meth in an amount under five grams.) The defendant was ordered to submit to substance testing, Pre-trial has been forwarded to November 21, 2023.
Nicholas L. Cox, 19CF305. (Aggravated fleeing from the police while going twenty-one miles over the speed limit; resisting a peace officer, corrections employee, or firefighter.) The defendant is given notice to appear on October 2, 2023 at 10 am for the petition to revoke pre-trial hearing.
Noah B. E. Merrifield, 22CF131. (Possession of meth in an amount under five grams.) The negotiated plea has been moved to October 2, 2023.
Thomas E. Merrifield, 22CF29. (Possession of meth in an amount less than five grams.) The defeat is given notice to appear Oct 22, 2023 negotiated plea
Ashley M. Layton, 21CF283, 23CF26. (Two counts for theft of display merchandise in an amount under $300 with a previous conviction/ guilty, serving twenty-four months of probation.) the petition to revoke hearing was forwarded to a plea hearing scheduled for ptr pretrial nov 20, 2023
Nathan B. Redman, 22CF86. (Theft with intent to control property worth less than $500.) Final pre-trial was set for December 12, 2023 at 1:15 pm. Jury trial was scheduled for January 2, 2023 at 8:30 am.
Timothy E. Wiseman, 22CF126. (Possession of meth in an amount between five and fifteen grams.) The public defender was appointed and the state filed a motion for a special prosecutor due to a conflict. The next hearing will be held on October 27, 2023.
