ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS

CEILING AND LIGHTING REPLACEMENT

 

Separate sealed bids will be received by Southwestern Illinois College for Ceiling and Lighting Replacement until 2:00 PM prevailing time October 24, 2023, in the Purchasing Office, 2500 Carlyle Ave., Main Complex Room 3304, Belleville IL 62221 and will be publicly opened and read. A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held October 5, 2023 at 9:00 AM at the Belleville Campus, Seibert Conference Room. Bid documents are available via e-mail by contacting Cinnamon Covert at 618-624-3597 or cinnamoncovert@fgmarchitects.com.

 

The College reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, to waive any irregularities in bidding and to accept the bid that in our judgment best serves the interest of the College.
