Published Court appearances reflect the daily 10:00 a.m. criminal call and do not necessarily account for all felony proceedings heard that day. Christian County Resident Judge Ade-Harlow from the fourth Judicial Circuit presided over the following cases, which were heard October 31, 2023.
Dean A. Ellis, 22CF195. (Delivery of meth between fifteen to one hundred grams.) Today was the negotiated plea hearing. The defendant will serve seven and a half years in the department of corrections, to be served at the rate of fifty percent year. Then 18 months of probation.
Kylee E. (Miller) Mathes, 21CF73, 22CF147. (Possession of five or less grams of meth; possession of a controlled substance/ twenty-four months of probation, thirty hours of community service with credit for two days; forgery of a document.) Pre-trial on the petition to revoke has been forwarded to February, 20, 2024.
Haylee J. Taylor, 22CF37. (Possession of meth in an amount under five grams.) The defendant plead guilty to the charges and will serve two year of first offender probation with conditions.
Brandie L. Jorden, 22CF13, 22CF224. (Disorderly conduct and making a false report; resisting a peace officer, corrections employee or firefighter; aggravated battery of a peace officer.) The preliminary hearing was conducted today and the court found probable cause for the charges. Pre-trial is set for November 28, 2023.
