TAYLORVILLE — Happy Halloween from the Breeze-Courier. Like every year, the office has dressed up to celebrate. This year, we had Rachel LeBeane as Little Red Riding Hood, Elizabeth Wood as a witch, Tavia Jean as Winnie the Pooh, Laurie Sparling as Charlotte from Charlotte’s Web, and Editor Tom Latinos as a train conductor.
