Ace D. Kobe, 23CF119. (Aggravated battery of a peace officer.) There was a hearing regarding treatment. The state withdrew sanctions due to treatment status and a pre-trial hearing was scheduled for January 4, 2024.
Jeffrey T. Jones, 23CF132. (Home invasion causing injury; murder with intent to kill or injure.) There was a motion hearing regarding discovery from the defense. There will be a status hearing for the motions at 11 a.m. on November 27, 2023.
Vanessa A. Esparza, 23CF143 (Aggravated battery of a peace officer; driving under the influence of alcohol; unlicensed.) The preliminary hearing was reset for January 4, 2023 at 9 a.m.
