DECATUR — Children are invited to join the Macon County Conservation District at the Rock Springs Nature Center for an all-day Fall Day Camp on November 21 from 9am – 4pm.
Children ages 6 -12 can join Nature Center staff for a day of activities, games, crafts, and outdoor fun. Dress for the weather, as we will be spending time outside. The cost is $30 per child and snacks will be provided, but bring your own sack lunch.
“Since many schools are out for Thanksgiving break that week, we thought it would be fun to offer a one-day fall camp for children,” says Marketing Specialist, Ashton Nunn. “They can get in a day of fun with some time outdoors before the weather really starts to turn cold, and maybe parents can get in some holiday shopping if they need to!”
