PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that a PUBLIC HEARING will be held on November 21, 2023 before the Zoning Board of Appeals for the Village of Edinburg, in the Village Office 205 West Washington, Edinburg, Illinois, at the hour of 7:00 p.m., relative to a proposal for a variance of the zoning code of the Village of Edinburg, to permit to (Description of proposed construction)

Variance to have a reduced lot size less than 1 acre to use as storage

The variance is requested by the Petition of Cory Hunsely WHO WILL OWN THE GARAGE property at 201 E. Martin, Edinburg, Illinois on the southwest corner, south 27’ West 79 which petition is on file and available for examination in the Office of the Zoning Board of Appeals at the Village Office.

All persons interested are invited to attend said Hearing and be heard. At said hearing oral protests can be reviewed and written protests having been received in the Village Clerk’s Office will be red and reviewed.
