(TAYLORVILLE) — Damon Moore, a worker for the city of Taylorville, puts up lights and holiday decorations on the light poles in downtown Taylorville Tuesday morning. His coworker, Rob Skinner, said they are putting the decorations up a little early this year to try to beat the cold weather. While the decorations are being hung up early, they will not be lit up until after Thanksgiving.
