NOTICE

The Christian County Zoning Board of Appeals will be conducting a Public Hearing that will be held on Thursday, November 30th, 2023 at 1:00 p.m. In the County Board Meeting Room, Second floor of the Christian County Courthouse, Taylorville Illinois.

The purpose of the Christian County Zoning Board of Appeals Public Hearing is to approve or deny the following referrals from the Christian County Board to  add to the Zoning Code:

1-6-33 Condemnation to the Zoning Code.

1-10-8 Penalties to the Zoning Code.

All rezoning, variance requests, special use applications, and text amendments to the Christian County Zoning Code are available for inspection upon request in the Christian County Zoning Office located at 214 Market St, Taylorville IL  62568 phone number is 217-287-2334.
