Notice is given of the death of THOMAS WARREN, SR., of Taylorville, Illinois, who died

on the 27th day of August, 2023. Letters of office were issued on  November 15, 2023,to KRISTY  HARVELL, 2 Glenco Ct., Taylorville, IL 62568, whose attorney is TRENT S. WEST of the Law Offices of Glenn & West, LLC, 320 West Central Street, P. O. Box 36, Nokomis, IL 62075.

Claims against the estate may be filed in the office of the Clerk of the Court at Christian County Circuit Clerk, 101 S. Main St., Taylorville, IL 62568, or with the representative, or both, within six (6) months after date of first publication of this notice or three (3) months from date of mailing to creditor whichever is later, and any claim not filed on or before such date is barred. Copies of a claim filed with the Clerk must be mailed or delivered to the representative and to the attorney within 10 days after it has been filed.
