The Taylorville VFW is hosting a Queen of Hearts drawing every Wednesday at 6:00 p.m. The drawing happens at 8:00 p.m., and food is available for purchase.

Kids/teen DIY bird feeders STEM workshop at 1 p.m. Located at the Taylorville Public Library.

The Senior Center in Taylorville has regular pinochle games each week on  Wednesday and Friday starting at 1:00 p.m.  If you used to play and need a refresher course or have never played and need a lesson or two, we have someone here to help you with just that!!!  This is a great way to spend an afternoon as well as meeting new friends. The Christian County Historical Society will host the first two Taylorville Municipal Band concerts at its campus located at 254 Abe’s Way in Taylorville. These concerts are scheduled for Wednesday, June 22 and 29, beginning at 7:00 pm. Refreshments will be available for purchase. Bring your lawn chairs and blankets for enjoyable old-fashioned summer evening concerts on the museum lawn. Call the museum at 217-824-6922 for more information.

The Taylorville Eagles are hosting Bingo at 7:00 p.m. at 217 East Main Cross. There will be food and drink available.
