GriefShare

Community members who have experienced the death of a family member or friend are invited to register for the GriefShare program held at Calvary Baptist Church, Taylorville. This nondenominational program features Christ-centered, biblical teaching that focuses on grief topics associated with the death of a loved one. The DVD seminar features nationally respected grief experts and real-life stories of people, followed by a small group discussion about what was seen on the DVD.  These weekly sessions cover a different topic related to the griefing process each week.  If you cannot attend all sessions, you can attend a make-up session when another program is offered in the fall. Sessions run from 10 am to 12 pm in the Upper Room of Calvary Baptist Church at 930 Haner Avenue, Taylorville.  Enter the double doors of the entrance on Haner Avenue.  To register or for questions, call the church office 217-824-2324 or by email at calvary@cbctaylorville.com, There is no fee for attendance which will include a workbook and light refreshments.
