The Brewin’ Hope Coffeehouse is hosting a sensory garden event from 2 to 3 p.m. Sensory gardens are designed to stimulate one or more senses: sight, smell, sound, taste, and communication. Everyone is welcome to this free event to learn more about sensory gardens. Horticulture Educator Andrew Holsinger will show how any garden can become a sensory garden with a bit of creativity and imagination. Learn about how the Sensory Garden was installed in Pana with the help of the Christian County Master Gardeners. If you need a reasonable accommodation to participate, please contact Andrew Holsinger at email@example.com. Register by October 16 at (registration.extension.illinois.edu/start/sensory-gardens-christian-county).
