TAYLORVILLE — A 22-year-old Taylorville man was arrested Friday, Feb. 2, and charged with numerous crimes including criminal sexual assault to a child. Nicholas Millman was arrested without incident by Taylorville police.
Those charges include: criminal sexual assault, grooming, sexual exploitation of a child, harassment, and impersonating a police officer.
According to the Taylorville Police Department, following interviews with several detectives and officers, the suspect provided a confession.
A search of court records Monday morning show no pending court appearances for the defendant, as of presstime today.
