NIANTIC—On Monday, December 9th, Myleigh Sieben, Adyson Lowrance, Izzy Martin, and Cameron Taylor of the Central A&M FFA Chapter participated in the Job Interview Leadership Development Event (LDE) held at Sangamon Valley High School.

Myleigh and Adyson competed in the Varsity division, while Izzy and Cameron competed in the Junior Varsity division.

This LDE prepares students with a real-world experience of applying and interviewing for a career of their choice.  

Members have to write a cover letter and resume, fill out a job application, go through a phone interview, complete a face-to-face personal interview, and then write a follow-up interview letter. 

In the varsity division, Myleigh placed 3rd, and Adyson placed 8th. As for the Junior Varsity participants, Izzy placed 4th, while Cameron placed 5th. Great job to these outstanding members!
